Outlook Express problems

I don't know if I should write here, but I could not find an Outlook Express
newsgroup in English.. Whenever I attempt to access an attachment in
Outlook Express, there is an Icon in the top right corner, but when I click
on it, the attachment is unhighlighted, and unavailable. Has any one run
into this problem on Outlook Express?

OK Bob, in Outlook Express go .......TOOLS/OPTIONS/SECURITY and uncheck the
second box down, that will do the trick.
