when I print an email, the body of the message prints
HUGE. The font setting is only 12 and the header prints
correctly but not the body. I have XP and an HP 2210.

I do not believe it is an Outlook Express issue, dig deep
into the printer settings, I'm thinking you need to check
a setting called, "Fit to page".

For some reason best known only to Microsoft, the font size of
Outlook Express printing is controlled by the Size button of
Internet Explorer.

Outlook Express uses the same print engine as Internet
Explorer.

For print size: IE>View>Text Size>Make adjustment.

For margins: IE>File>Page Setup.

The reason is because Outlook Express is an integral part of
Internet Explorer, not a separate program.
