outlook express opening links

i can longer open links through outlook express, i have to copy and paste?it
was updated recently and i believe this is when it started. i use firefox as
my default broswer

Hi Gordon/ anyone,
I've been using Outlook Express 6 as my pc's email software/ client;
thinking it was the microsoft software that had replaced MS Mail. One day, I
was unable to fulfill a certain messaging request w/ Outlook Express 6, and
it told me that I must set Microsoft Office Outlook as my default mail
client. Which mail client should I use? Is Outlook the better package, and
the one that actually replaced MS Mail? In case you wonder; I've been using
lotus notes for the past 9 years; but my using that email software just ended
recently. Thanks very much whoever answers !!!!!
