Outlook express moving messages from ole computer to new one

I really do need some help. I just bought a new computer
and set it up. When I went to look at my e-mail all I got
was my new mail. I need to recover the mail on my old
computer and put it on my new one.

Is there someone out there that can help me do this. I
sure would appreciate it.
