Outlook Express Links not redirecting

I have a Outlook Express Version 6. If I receive an email with a url link, I
cannot click the link to initiate IE. The link shows up as a hyperlink (it's
underlined) but I cant click it. If I cut and paist the link into IE, it
navigates to the page. I have checked through security and all options I can
think of but cannot find anything that would disable this. Any suggestions?
 
Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
