Outlook express laggs

When I open Outlook Express it laggs (approximitly .45 sec.to 1 min). It only
does it since I installed SP/2. I have it listed in exceptions. Please help.
I have $3,700 + invested in this unit and am very unhappy that this 1 program
takes forever. It doesn't do it on my wifes unit, so I'm not real sure what
is going on. Thanks ahead of time. DH
