Outlook Express Files

Sorry to be posting an Outlook Express message but I couldn't find a relevant
category - hope someone can help.

In Outlook all folders are stored in Outlook.pst. How can I backup the
folders in Outlook Express? I believe each folder has a separate file - can
anyone help? I think it is the latest version.
