outlook express error messages

I keep getting this message and it is making me
crazy...what do I need to do...it has worked fine for 3
years and suddenly!!!! Please help



The message could not be sent because one of the
recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail
address was ''(e-mail address removed)''. Subject 'Hi',
Account: 'mail.bellsouth.net',
Server: 'mail.bellsouth.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '553 Invalid address syntax', Port: 25, Secure
(SSL): No, Server Error: 553, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

and

Click Tools then Accounts
Click Mail
Click Properties
Click Servers
In the Account Name field, enter your full email address
Check My Server Requires Authentication at the bottom of the page.
Click Apply
Click Ok
Click Close
This should fix the Outlook Express to send email, close Outlook Express
and reopen it to start sending mail.
