Outlook Express EMAILS are blank?

I spoked to soon....I read Bruce's comment below and tried it. Go to: Start>Run>Type in: regsvr32 inetcomm.dll - Press: Enter. It worked great. Thank
 
I did the "regsvr32 inetcomm.dll " thing and it works great except that I have to do it each time I open OE. Is there another fix to fix the fix? Thanks Jac

Several possible fixes

Go to: Start>Run>Type in: regsvr32 inetcomm.dll - Press: Enter

If that doesn't solve it

In OE: Go to Tools>Options>Read>Fonts: Change the default encodin
setting to Western European (ISO). And in IE: Delete the Temporar
Internet Files, including all offline content

Download the following, and after doing the fix again, run each
program.

Always check for updates for each program before using them. I
recommend running AdAware and SpyBot regularly.
