E-mail Shortcut on the Windows XP Start Menu No Longer
Works After I Removed Microsoft Office. On the Tools
menu, click Internet Options. I then tried to do the
following to correct the problem (per Microsoft's
internet site):
Click the Programs tab.
Under the list of Internet programs, select Outlook
Express in the E-mail list.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
But, when I do this, I don't have anything at all left in
my E-mail list to choose from. I can run Outlook Express
independently from Internet Explorer just fine but I
can't ever use a shortcut on an intenet page to open my
Outlook Express.
