Outlook Express Email Identities Missing

Had 3 email address' listed in outlook express with Cox and cannot find on my
computer. Did NOTHING! Did not delete anything. Please help! These are
business emails and all my contacts are gone as well?!!

Did not install or unistall ANYTHING at all! As I am working on my computer,
also noticing Home page for internet changed, software once installed on
comp. is asking me to set up again and even screen saver has changed. No
idea what happend???

So, If I got this right your computer compromised and infected, try to go
through these cleaning steps and let us know:
Try to create another Profile, you may have corrupted profile:

1... First, try to clean up your caches, Internet files and delete cookies
by doing this:
Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options.
On the IE properties windows you will see these Taps:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs |
Advanced
Under General Tab clear your History, Internet Files and Cookies.
Then click on Advanced tab and scroll down to under the Browsing Option:
[&] Browsing
[ ] Enable Third-Party browser extensions (Req Rest) uncheck this box.
Then click on Programs Tab and click Manage Add-Ons and Disable all non
Verified Add-Ons (You should Renable them later one-by-one and see the
culprit and update it or remove it.

2... You need to be sure your system is clean from malwares and Viruses by
