Outlook Express email address book

No matter what I do my address book always comes up
alphebetized by first name when I am emailing, even
thoughb the contact file is by last names or company. Any
ideas

Whoops, I made a mistake. My Outlook Express address book

is alphebetized by company and last name and the Outlook
book is the same. It's whenn I try to use Outlook email
that it uses first names to alphebetise the address book
when I click on the TO icon.
