Outlook Express Connection

I have been using Outlook Express from day 1 to send/receive emails (pop3
server)and all of a sudden last week when I open Outlook it only reflects my
old emails and it will not let me send/receive new emails. I have been
trying to figure out how to reconfigure and/or reinstall. I do not want to
loose my emails that I have in Outlook Express currently.


My versions are Outlook Express 6, Windows XP, Internet Explorer 7
