Outlook express cannot address book when emailing from word 2000.

When attempting to send an email created in Word 2000, OS 98SE, the address
book cannot be located when clicking on the"To:" icon. I am using Outlook
Express ver 6.0. What is my problem and how to solve it.

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
 
Word does not integrate with OE. It is not at all clear from your post which
feature you are trying to use, but the vast majority of email integration
features will require you to use Office.
OE is not part of Office. Outlook is.
