Outlook Express, Attachments

When I receive anything with an attachment it will not
allow me to open it, says 'OE has removed access to the
following unsafe attachments' and I know they are OK.
Can't find anything within OE express to control this.
Help please ?

Tools-Options-Security for the N-Millionth time.....if you'd tried
searching an OE group or doing a Google search rather than posting on an
XP group, you'ld have seen THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of posts and answers
on this.....
