Outlook Express Attachment access

I can't seem to access any attachments received via
Outlook Express. It states "OE removed access to the
following unsafe attachments in your mail". It does this
for all attachments. Can anyone help with a fix?? Thanks
in advance.

Most times its a setting in
tools/options/security...theres a tick box called
do not allow attachments to be saved or
opened........Untick this box and your attachments should
open
