Outlook Express and Spam Killer

I am using Outlook Express on XP with McAfee Spam Killer. When I initially
installed Spam Killer, everything ran smoothly. I had to reformat my HD and
reinstall the programs. Spam Killer will not filter my e-mail. In the
troubleshooting section for McAfee, it references switching automatic e-mail
checking in the e-mail program. I can not locate the automatic e-mail
checking. Does anyone know where it is located?

In Outlook Express, click on the Tools menu item, then on Options. On
the General tab, uncheck the option to "Check for new messages every
___ minutes" to disable automatic mail checking in OE.
