outlook express and mdb files

after updating to the new xp service pack I suddenly
can't open .mdb files attached to an email. It says
unknown publisher. I have looked everywhere for a
setting to turn this off, including the one that turns
off attachments in the options security of outlook
express. There must be somewhere I can get the system to
recognize and accept access files

Ask in an Outlook Express or Windows newsgroup. This is not an Outlook
problem.
