outlook express 6 toolbar icons do not stay

I have been to add offline icon to toolbar in OE6, using the chamge and move
from the customize feature, I add it , that works, then when I close out and
then re enter to check my mail again, its gone back into the customize box
again and I start all over again. Why will it not stay put?

Options/settings in several third-party applications may be disallowing the
change. These include Ad-aware's Ad-Watch, Spybot Tea Timer, SpywareBlaster,
SpySweeper, Norton AntiVirus, McAfee VirusScan and/or Antispyware, and Zone
Alarm (Free and Pro).

Thanks for the answer, I do have McAfee virus scan and spyware programs,none
of the others- I assume from your answer I just cannot do anything about it-I
will look at options in these programs.

You should be able to disable this "protection" using the application's user
interface (UI). Check with McAfee Support.

I have McAfee virus scan running, which option would I uncheck, also their
anti spyware- the others I do not have installed- I do have spyware Dr from
pc-

You will have to ask McAfee and Spyware Doctor Support about this.
