outlook express 6 question

I recently did a clean install of win2k. All went well
except for a small problem with OE6. When I try to send
mail a box pops up asking whether I want to send message
in HTML or Plain Text. I was never asked this before I did
the clean install, so why is it asking me now, and how do
I go about setting it permanent where it never ask me
again?

There are options for this under tools>options>send. Check there first.
