I have two email accounts in Outlook Express 6, a
Hotmail.com account and an email account with my Internet
Service Provider (Videotron). Messages sent that include
links to a web site are received and function without
difficulty in the Hotmail account. However, the same
email sent to the Videotron address will not display any
images or banners (square boxes with an X inside appear
instead) and the links to the web site do not function.
I have contacted my ISP who claims that the problem is
with OE6 and not their server. How is it that Outlook
Express can process the same email correctly in one
account, but not the other? I am at a loss and would
greatly appreciate any assistance. Note that my version
of Outlook Express includes all available updates.
