What is a "post board"? I just use a news reader to download articles from
the NNTP server, 'msnews.microsoft.com'.
Assuming you are referring to the web view of those groups, as presented
here:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/
On the rare occasions when I use web access (usually only when somebody who
prefers the web to the rest of the Internet is having trouble) I start with
the list in the left hand column, which is a list of languages, and drill
down logically. English. MSN and Internet. Outlook Express. That is all
there is to it.
