Outlook Exoress 6.0 export group ??

Hi
i know how to export just regular list of email to csv file into excel not a
problem
now my question is , i have a group under OE , named vip list , inside about
25 email adresses , how do you do this time to export the group containing
the 25 emails inside to a csv file or word or whatever can be imported ???
i need help :)
