outlook.exe runtime error!

Hello!
When I try to start outlook it opens the main window and
pops up a dialog box
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program ...OUTLOOK.EXE
abnormal program termination.
When I OK, the dialog as well as outlook closes.
What shall I do now? :(

Same similar problem... but mine is when I close OUTLOOK.
This just started for no apparant reason. I have Outlook
2000. Here is message I am receiving: Runtime Error!
This application has requested the application to
terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the
applications support team for more information. Then
this message comes up: "The instruction at "0x3a4b81ee"
referenced memory at "0x039c2fe8". The memory could not
be "read". Click on OK to terminate this program.

What gives? Can someone tell me what is going on. This
says this is a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error
 
Kraesten. I had the same problem too and this fixed it - you're a genius,
