outlook.exe - application error

On Windows Xp, outlook 2002, when exiting outlook, I get: outlook.exe -
application error, the instruction at 0x......referenced memory at 0x.....
The memory could not be read. Numbers being differrent every time.

What exactly is logged to the Event Viewer?
