outlook/exchange folder for contacts

When I created an access database I was able to create a linked table to an
Outlook folder to use for 'Contacts'. I would do 'File', 'Get External
Data', 'Linked Tables' and then a dialog box popped up and I could select
'Files of Type' = Outlook and then I could find the folder I want and make
the connection. Now, when I have an access project that uses SQL tables and
I do the same thing, instead of a 'Link' dialog box, I get a 'Link Table
Wizard' dialog box and I don't see how I can get to the Outlook/Exchange
folder. There are two options (Linked Server and Transact Server). I looked
through both but don't see any options for outlook and/or exchange. Can
anybody help me with this?

Thanks in advance.

According to the following KB article, linking from an Access project to
Outlook is not supported in Access 2003.
