Hello all, I'm having a problem with Outlook. It is Outlook 2003, an
I'm running on a P4 machine, plenty of ram, Win XP Pro, and Norto
Antivirus

I'm not having any issues sending mail with Outlook Express, but
would rather use Outlook.

The error has had various codes, but all say the same thing. "You
outgoing SMTP server does not support SSL-secured connections. I
SSL-secured connections have worked in the past, contact your serve
administratior or ISP" The codes have been 0x8004210B an
0x800ccc7d

I have spent hours with my ISP's tech support to no avail, so I'
hoping to find an answer out here..

Thank

Ro

And did they tell you if you indeed should configure Outlook to use SSL? You
can disable it in your account settings-> More Settings-> tab Advanced
