outlook error

When i try to print email from outlook, i received an error message "An error
has occurred in your program. To keep working anyway, click ignore and asave
your work in a new file. To quit this program, click close. You will lose
information you entered since your last save.
After close the error message appear another message "outlook caused a
general protection fault in module WIN87EM.dll at 0001:000008C9.

The pc is not using any crystal or aopen brand sound card. The error message
sometimes appear. Any others solution?

Reexpand the WIN87EM.dll file from your Windows OS CDs.
