Outlook Error Message

Upon opening Outlook 2003 every time, I get the following
error message:
The procedure entry point _GetIUMS@4 could not be located
in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL I just installed
MS Office 2003 Teacher Version a few months ago and this
message just started appearing a few weeks ago. If there
a fix? Should I just uninstall and re-install, or can I
do something to this version to fix the error message?

You need to install the latest MDAC from MS's update site.
