Outlook error message

Each time I try to send an email on Outlook, I get the
error message, "An eror occured wile aattempting to open
the Windows Address Book". What does the address book
have to do with it? how can I correct this? and what does
that message actually mean???

Never a good idea to publish your Email address in plain text in a
newsgroup. I hope you're prepared to receive a lot of SPAM now. Besides,
it's common practice that if you ask in a newsgroup, you're answered there.
How would anyone reading your message know you're not a troll looking to
collect valid Email addresses?
