Outlook error message

I receive the below error message when trying to
send/receive email in Outlook. My ISP told me to contact
Microsoft Support. Can you hekp?

Task 'mail.comcast.net - Sending and Receiving' reported
error (0x80042108) : 'Outlook is unable to connect to
your incoming (POP3) e-mail server. If you continue to
receive this message, contact your server administrator
or Internet service provider (ISP).'
 
That means that Outlook can't connect to the server that you specified for
your incoming (POP3) server. Make sure that you've typed the proper name in
the incoming server box in the account dialog.
