outlook email questionaire

I have a questionaire that I want to email clients, have them answer the
questions, and then return it to my email by clicking a button (they won't
have to enter my email address) The answers will be text of varying length.

Access 2007 has this support built in.

One question on the built in 2007. Does it require Outlook 2007 to view the
emailed form? I haven't tried it yet, but would like to know. Thanks!

I don't know as I don't use Outlook.
