outlook email and changing ISP

Hi,
Am going to change isp and am wondering if I can somehow get a list of email
addresses that i have received from or sent to out of outlook so I can easily
pull together a mail to all of them detailing the forthcoming email address
change.

If you're using Outlook 2003 or 2007, this will help: http://www.nk2.info/ .
This allows you to create a file of the most recent 1,000 people to whom
you've sent mail. There are other tools available that can scan your
messages and extract the addresses. See this:
