I'm current using Windows 2K Pro with Outlook v.9.0

I have two different profiles that need separate email
accounts along with their appropriate contacts.

Butu, everytime I set them up...all the email from both
POP accounts goes into both profiles "in-boxes" ARG!!!

Is there a way to not have this happen?

Please assist....thank you very much

When you create a new mail profile, it gets its own information store
(i.e., .pst file). The first one is called Outlook .pst (unless you
renamed it). When you create another mail profile, the next one is
called Outlook1.pst. And so on. Are you changing the data file
associated with each mail profile to point at the same .pst file?

Yes. I don't want to have each profile use the same .pst
file. I know I could go all the way back and create
separate users/passwords on the computer but I would
prefer to just have the "Choose Profile" box
appear...choose the mail box I want and then be able to
download my email and have all the appropriate contacts
there than what is currently happening...which is both
users are having their email combined as well as their
contacts.

Thanks for your assistance...I really appreciate the help!
