I had a problem with Outlook 2000. I have it I have it
set up with HTML formatting. When I send e-mails the
formatting is lost. I sent it to myself and its all in
plain text, no color just Black & White, no special font.
I corrected this by:
1. Opening the contact
2. In the E-mail box, double-click the contact's e-mail
address.
3. In the Internet Format list, select the format you
want to use for messages to this recipient.
I noticed that I have a lot of e-mail addresses set up to
be sent "plain test". Globaly I have it set up for HTML.
Now I have a bigger problem!! I have a lot of e-mail
addresses in my address book. I double-clicked on quite
a few of them and a lot show "send plain text only". I
don't beleive that I have to go to each address and do
this individually. There must be a global solution. I
have it set-up to always send HTML but because an
individual e-mail address is set-up to send in plain
text, this over-rides my major set-up.
Please Help!!
