Outlook E-mail Auto-Send

We are looking for a way to automatically send an
identical questionare type e-mail every Monday at 7:00.
Basically as if you were setting up an recurring
appointment. We would like to do the same thing with an e-
mail. Is that possible with Outlook? If not is there some
time of download or add-on that could be used to perform
this function? Please let me know
