Outlook E-mail attachments

How do I change an e-mail attachment to be opened by a specific program and not a default program. i.e. I want my jpg files to be opened by the windows viewer not anything else
 
Change the default or save them first to disk and then you can choose
another program to open with.

Control Panel-> Folder Options-> tab File Types
