Outlook doesn't SEND

When I write an email, I can move it to the outbox. But
there is no "SEND" option in FILE or ACTIONS and the
SEND/RECEIVE button doesn't send them either.

I've delted OFFICE completely and reinstalled it, but the
problem persists. Any suggestions? Maybe I need to
delete it again and do something to the registry before I
reinstall it because the reinstall is not brand new (I
still have my problems and the contacts are still there)?

Any help appreciated!!!!!!!

What do you mean by this? Do you manually move a mesage there?
But there is no "SEND" option in FILE or ACTIONS and the

Is there a Send button on the button bar of your Compose window? Have you
properly configured an account? Have you read the MSKB articles
