I have multiple email acconts setup in Outlook 2003 and
there are some emails that I have received and are in my
Inbox that when I reply to them, Outlook says it will be
sent using a specific email account that is not the
default. This stayed the same when I changed the default
email account to a third email account. Why is this
happening and how can I correct this? If there is a way
to associate all replies from a specific email address to
use a specific email account, I would also like to know.
Thank you,
Zane

By default, replies use the account the original message contains as the
recipient. Thus, if an inbound message was addressed to (e-mail address removed), that
is the account that will be used of a reply is made, even though the default
account is (e-mail address removed).

This still isn't what is happening. Email to my default
email account, call it Account A, is in my Inbox. When I
hit reply, it wants to use Account B, which is nothing
even close to A. The original email was addressed to my
account A (confirmed in the header information). Anyone
have any ideas?
