Outlook doesn't receive email

Hello

I have a client that has two machines running XP Pro SP 2 & MS Office XP.
All service packs installed.

Outlook doesn't receive email unless the user clicks in the inbox.
The email is an MS Exchange server.

Any ideas ?

Sounds like s/he's blocking UDP packets with a firewall. See if something
here helps:
