outlook does not work

HAllo. I have the outlook software in my com since 2 years ago and now I am
just starting to use this software. 1st I wanted the try the calendar but
when I want to type in an appointment, the office asistant print out a
message saying: Could not save item. The messaging interface has return an
unknown error. If problem persist, restart outlook.

I have restarted and also reinstalled. The problem is still there. Not only
happened for calendar, even for email, task,notes. does anyone know why?
 
i dont know, any suggestion how i can solve this probem so that my outlook
can function properly...

one more thing..
what ever options i choose in the outlook, there is this message :" outlook
cant read the registry information", or something... un known error. Then I
am asked either to restart the outlook or reinstall. I have done that but
the problem is still the same.

Now I cant use my oulook. What should I do so that I can use the outlook?

Have you created a mail profile? Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>Add.
