OUTLOOK DISPLAYS 2 MB .PST FILE AS EMPTY

Hi

I have a situation where a user has a 2 MB personal folder. This apparently
was copied from one directory to another but never repointed Outlook to this
copied .pst file (although she thought she did). Days later she deleted the
original which was not backed up. I pointed Outlook to the copied .pst file
but when you open the personal folder it shows it as empty. It lists as 0 KB
when I do a folder size but it shows as 2 MB on the server directory. I
tried exporting it and importing it into another .pst file but same result.
I also ran SCANPST against it but no help.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Chances are she copied the PST while it was still opened in Outlook, thus
corrupting it beyond repair.
