outlook display name

my 2003 outlook contacts are displayed by Last name (first). When I send
email, mail recipients (from contacts) are not displayed the same. (first
name instead of last).
How do I fix it to last name?

Where are they not displayed the same: in another list? Or are you
talking about the actual email that is sent (<firstname,
lastname>[email protected])?

I'd try asking this in an Outlook forum, not Word.
