Outlook desktop icon missing

I am running 3 computers all with the same Microsoft Office Professional
software.
One of the computers never had an Outlook icon on the desktop. I created a
shortcut for it and it works the same except in the quick launch bar but I
would rather have the "real one" on my desktop.
Is there any way of getting it back?
