"Outlook data file not closed properly" when offli

When I am offline or connected to the company network via VPN, then
always get the message that some Outlook file was not closed properl
and must be checked for problems - which is a nuisance since each tim
Outlook finds that there are actually no problems..
When I am online in the company, I do not get the message
The Outlook inbox repair tool (SCANPST.EXE) does not find an
problems

Anyone an idea
