We have setup a couple of accounts for 2 different users from online to
offline email. In the process of going offline they lost their contacts.
When we were able to retrieve them but now when we hit the To button to list
the contacts there are 3 contacts lists, 2 of which are empty and the third
one is the one with all their contacts. Any ideas on how to get rid of an
empty contact list? Using Outlook 2000.

You can try removing the Outlook Address Book service from the profile and
then readding it. Then you will need to go to the Contact folder with the
contacts and Right click on the folder and select Properties. Then select
the Outlook Address Book tab and make sure the box is checked to display as
an Outlook Address Book. If you need detailed steps on removing and
readding the Outlook Address Book service just let me know.

I hope this information is helpful.
