Outlook Contacts

I am using Office 2002 and in previous version, I was
able to display my contacts sorted by last name,first
name when creating new mail using the To: option.

I have not been able to find this option in 2002 with
SP3. Is this possible.

Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or address
books>Next. Select Outlook Address Book and click Change. Modify the "Show
names by" radio button. Click Close, then Finish.
