Outlook Contacts substitute?

Thanks in advance.

This is a tough one. User A and B both use an Outlook pst file on different
computers. They need to access that file at the same time. Is there a
program that will allow simultaneous access for both reading and writing.
The program should have the ability to import an Outlook pst file as their
database is quite substantial. .
