I'm trying to merge mail with Outlook Contacts. I am familiar with setting up
and printing merged mails and lables. But am unable to include the Spouse's
name in the fields to select. Although Spouse's name is displayed in the
Deatils, I just cannot find a way to include it in the fields that can be
merged.

Please help.

Cheers,

Arbel

Works fine for me. The trick is to start in Outlook not Word. Selelct the
Contacts to merge to | Tools | Mailmerge. Merge to email (or document) then
use the Insert Merge Field button in Word (Word will have started itself) to
add the Contacts fields. DO NOT use the Insert Word Fields button.

Spouse will be there at Insert Merge Fields as that shows you Outlook
fields.
