Outlook Contact & Calander Data

How do I email my contacts and calander data from work to home.
I need this at home office also. What files? etc.

All Outlook data is contained in one file. The file you need is your
Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts
etc are stored.
